AI DAYS 2026:
A Return to Gravity

Embodied experience in an age of AI

As AI reshapes how we think, create and perceive, what can we learn by returning our attention to the body?

Join artist and researcher Tereza Violet Stehlíková for an immersive workshop exploring how our senses shape the way we understand the world.

Date

Tuesday, 3 November 2026 | 14:00–15:30

Through guided narrative, sound and sensory experience, we will step away from familiar habits of attention and explore a slower way of noticing, imagining and making meaning. Together, we will consider which forms of human knowing we want to preserve, deepen or rediscover, and what kind of relationship with technology we want to carry into the future.

Facilitator

Tereza Violet Stehlíková

Artist, researcher and lecturer

Tereza explores sensory experience, embodiment and the ways we make meaning through the body. Working across moving image, performance, writing and participatory practice, she creates situations that invite deeper attention. She is the founder and editor of Tangible Territory and author of Exiled from Our Bodies (Routledge, 2025).
